Products
Each of our products is supplied with full Help documentation which
includes; instructions, tutorials and working examples. Please click on
the extension Help button within the product for full details. For order enquiries, please
use the Contact Form.
Product Support
Product Support is available with all our registered products, initially
via our Customer Login section and in due course via a dedicated customer's forum.
From here customers can ask Support questions and provide feedback on
our products.
Support questions dealt with via our forum and are usually answered
within 24/48 hours. Any e-mails sent directly Support will not be
answered,

Evaluation Downloads
All our products are available to download as evaluations prior to
purchasing. After purchasing our products, the unlock key will be issued
to allow unrestricted use of the product.
Returns & Refunds
WebXeL's Software is considered electronic media and once you have received
the full product and unlock key, there is no way to prevent it's further use.
Therefore, WebXeL's software will only be refunded or exchanged at the discretion of the Company Management. To avoid
any disappointment we would strongly recommend downloading the demo version
to fully evaluate prior to ordering.
