To reply to the selected message click the Icon in the grey header above. Your message will be added as a reply to the posted message, you will have to refresh the thread list frame above to see your new post.

When you reply to a message you have the option of subscribing to it's thread, if you choose to do so you will be sent an e-mail message notifying you each time a new message is posted to the thread.
