Fixes the problem in certain situations when DMX fails to render ASP.NET server tags correctly and disables the Bindings/Server behaviour panels.

NOTE: installing this extension modifies the following files.

DMX_Configuration_Folder\ServerModels\ASP.NET_Csharp.htm
DMX_Configuration_Folder\ServerModels\ASP.NET_VB.htm

It is recommended that you back these 2 files up before installing the
extension, if the extension is uninstalled these files *may* have to be
copied back in manually.
