Ok this is the page that will be used to transfer your order to the payment gateway of your chosen payment provider such as WorldPay or PayPal, this walkthrough can't outline how to set-up this page at the moment as we are currently developing add on extensions for these merchants and they will be available soon.
Currently this page just provides a hyperlink to the finish.aspx page but in a production site the merchant's payment pages would redirect the user to finish.aspx.
When the add-ons are available they will be sold as separate extensions, the main reason for us taking this approach is most developers tend to have a preference for a specific merchant and normally stick to only using that merchant. By implementing this part of the cart as add-on packs only the icon for your preferred merchant will be present within the insert bar and you won't have to pay for features you will never use. The cart would have cost more if support for multiple merchants were built in. Also it makes it simpler for us to add support for other merchants in the future if the demand is there.
